Manager and Employee self-service functionality empowers your staff with the ability to manage several of their HR-related tasks, such as the ability to participate in their performance evaluations, enroll in benefits, onboard workflow, view their company assets, certifications, company policy and procedures (including acknowledgement), change address, add emergency contacts/dependents and sign-up for training courses. You may also use the self-service portal to publish company bulletin-board items tailored to recipient groups that include announcements, events and documents.
